NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET

This mindful and meditative combination of Yin Yoga and calming breathwork will help regulate and reset the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety, lowering cortisol levels, and promoting a sense of calm, clarity and presence.

This session is an invitation to let go, relax and return to your centre. You'll leave feeling grounded in your body, clear in your mind, and emotionally centred.
