Whether it is taming the element of fire in the summer season, releasing and letting go into autumn, retreating in our natural winter hibernation of celebrating rebirth into spring, this practice helps you to be the healthiest version of yourself all year round.

Please join Tida Happy Yogi and myself for an evening that will soothe your nervous system and calm and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul. I will guide you through a yin yoga practice while Tida provides her powerful sounds and vibrations using singing bowls, ocean drums and chimes.

SPRING RETREAT 2024

September 20th-22nd

Sage Manor Retreat, Bowral

Most rooms are twin accomodation with garden views, with lush king single beds and luxurious linen.

All meals and snacks are included with fresh seasonal vegetarian food by Kylie and Jason at Sage.

The daily schedule includes a dynamic yang morning practice and an afternoon restorative/yin yoga session, pranayama and meditation.

There will be free time for a walk up to the local lookout Mount Gibraltar or a visit to Bowral village..

The highlight will be a fire pit on the Friday night and Sound Healing Bath on the Saturday night.
